If you’re looking to cut and build up you’re endurance this workout is perfect for you. The weight range you should be using for these is a weight that you are comfortable with. Personally i use 10kg dumbbells. And for my barbell i use 45kg.
But that’s all up to you. Rest time between sets are 15 – 20sec and 1 min between exercises.
