Today, let’s pause. Take a deep breath and look back at the world your hands have shaped and the roots you’ve planted. Ask yourself “If God looked upon my life, my choices, my creations — would He find joy in them?”
Proverbs reminds us:
“Now then, my children, listen to me; blessed are those who keep my ways. Listen to my instruction and be wise; do not disregard it. For those who find me find life and receive favor from the Lord.” — Proverbs 8:32–35
Wisdom is not in knowing how much we have, but in knowing Who holds what we need.
If you are anxious, ask God to reveal what you are clinging to.
If you are weary, ask Him to plant peace in your heart.
If you are hungry, hunger for His Word.
The world teaches us to pray for change, but God invites us to pray for awakening — not “Lord, fix the problem,” but “Lord, reveal the root.”
Take a moment this morning to pray:
“Lord, remove not just my challenges, but the roots that cause them. Help me crave less of the world, and more of You.”
