The next morning buzzed with a rumour so true,
That Cindy-Lou-Who popped in saying, “Hullooooo!”
She brought gifts! Oh the gifts!
And candy canes striped red and white through and through.
With the Gingerbread Man, she scrubbed head to toe,
Slimy baths everywhere HIGH and LOW.
She dunked the Grinch once, then dunked him again,
Added extra Wobble Wash “Just in case,” she said then.
Santa was next, but oh what a sight!
Only his beard turned bubbly and bright.
“#Tangle#Tamer!” cried Cindy, “That’s just what we need!”
Now Santa’s beard shone smooth, sleek and indeed!
Shrek ran away shouting, “NOPE! NOT FOR ME!”
And Donkey just neighed, “I’M CLEAN ENOUGH, SEE?!”
Today was IMPORTANT the list must be done!
So everyone scrubbed till they smelled like fun.
Cherry and apple drifted through air,
Even the Grinch smelled… surprisingly fair.
Cindy-Lou-Who whispered, “Oh Mrs Claus, dear,
I ordered a new thing for Lara’ Acorn kids and more , right here!”
“It’s #Buzz#Off#cream meant for mozzies, it’s true,
But I THINK it might help with Grinch fleas too…”
Mrs Claus blinked.
The Grinch scratched once.
Then stopped.
“…Interesting,” he said.
And didn’t say NOT.
Tonight is the night no delay, no excuse,
The Naughty & Nice list must finally get use.
So lights dimmed down low, and pens came out neat…
