One of our Retail and Franchise Accounting clients based in Lynnwood Ridge are urgently in need of a Junior Creditors Clerk, to start Immediately, or as soon as possible.
Salary: R8 000 – R10 000 per month, depending on experience (Negotiable)
NO JOB HOPPERS!
Requirements:
Grade 12
Must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable (Creditors)
Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, Xero and HubDoc)
Professional Appearance
Must be able to work well under pressure
Own transport
Duties:
Emails must be check throughout the day
Invoice capturing
Weekly and monthly payments must be done
Clearing of invoices on XERO with bank entry
Supplier ageing analysis to make sure all old invoices have been paid
Work on Xero and HubDoc
Statement reconciliations
