I’ve been waiting so patiently to share this news with you all, and I cannot begin to tell you how excited, honoured and incredibly grateful I am to finally make this announcement!
Merakology Creative Studio has officially been voted 1st Place, Best Branding & Signage Company in the Best of Pretoria Readers’ Choice Awards 2026!
I honestly still get emotional thinking about it! When I received the news, I was in tears and had the biggest smile on my face. It was one of those moments where you just sit there trying to take it all in because something you’ve worked so hard for has been recognised in such a wonderful way.
What makes this achievement even more special is knowing that it came from the people, and that when you had a choice, you chose Merakology! From my wonderful clients and fellow business owners to friends, family and everyone in our community who took the time to nominate, vote, share and support Merakology, knowing that so many people believed in us and wanted to see Merakology succeed is something I will never take for granted.
Being recognised in the Best Branding & Signage Company category is such an honour because the work we do has always meant so much more to me than simply producing printed items or signage. I genuinely love being part of my clients’ ideas, helping them explore the possibilities and seeing their visions come to life. To know that this work and the care that goes into it have been recognised and appreciated by the people we serve is an incredible feeling!
As a small, founder-led business here in Pretoria East, this is such a proud moment for me and a beautiful reminder of just how much community support matters. Every referral, recommendation, kind word and opportunity to work with someone has contributed to Merakology becoming what it is today, and I am so thankful for the people who continue to choose and support local businesses like ours.
To every single person who nominated Merakology, voted for us, shared our posts, encouraged us and continued believing in what we do, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! You have given me such a wonderful reason to celebrate, and I am so grateful that I get to share this exciting milestone with all of you.
My heart is so full, and I couldn’t be prouder to celebrate this achievement with the very people who helped make it possible!
With so much love and gratitude,
Jolene
