One of our Retail and Franchise Accounting clients based in Lynnwood Ridge are urgently in need of an experienced Bookkeeper that are skilled in Xero, Excel and Finances to start as soon as possible.
Salary: R15 000 – R18 000 per month, depending on experience (Negotiable)

Requirements:
Grade 12
Must have at least 3 – 5 years’ experience in Bookkeeping
Computer literate (Xero, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good financial background
Professional Appearance
Must be able to work well under pressure
Own transport
Duties:
Downloading bank statement from FNB, Capitec, Standard bank, Nedbank
Processing all sales and accrual Journals and Monthly Accruals
Maintenance of Fixed asset register
Loan Accounts reconciliations and allocations
Checking that credit card and Cheque account statement reconciles to ledger
Debtors Account Reconciliation
Maintain accuracy of General ledger accounts
Preparation of monthly management accounts Recons
Preparation of management Pack for Manager to review
Year-end audit request
