I read something recently that reminded me so much of this journey we’re all on as creators, entrepreneurs and dreamers:
“Competition keeps you focused on others.
Creation keeps you focused on your vision.”
And the truth is… Competition has never been my fuel, creation has!
As a Proud Mompreneur and the founder of Merakology Creative Studio, I’ve learned that the moment you start watching what everyone else is doing, you lose sight of your own magic! But when you build from intention, from that deep place where your purpose and creativity live, everything changes… And I know many of you feel this too…. So many of us are carving out our own paths, trying to grow businesses that feel authentic, meaningful, and aligned with who we are. And in that process, it’s so easy to fall into comparison.
But here’s the beautiful part:
When you’re focused on creating, you stop competing.
When you’re walking your own path, you stop rushing.
When you build from heart, no one can replicate what you do!
I’m not here to race anyone. I’m here to build something that feels like me, and something that supports you. Something rooted in creativity, service, intention and the kind of care that can’t be duplicated.
While others chase trends, I stay focused on impact.
While some count followers, I count the moments where a client feels seen, supported and understood.
That’s the kind of success I measure and it’s one we can all embrace. And the best part?
