Today, 23 September, we celebrate 7 incredible years of Majestic Beast Rescue — 7 years of second chances, wagging tails, happy endings, heartbreak, hope, and countless lives changed forever.
As we celebrate our birthday alongside Heritage Day, we want to take a moment to say THANK YOU.
Thank you to every person who has ever donated, shared a post, bought something to support our rescue, sponsored food, helped with vet bills, opened their home, volunteered their time, or simply sent a message of encouragement when we needed it most.
And to every single family who has adopted from us — thank you for giving one of our rescue beasts the greatest gift of all: a forever home.
Every adoption is a reminder of why we keep going. Every happy face, every wagging tail and every dog sleeping safely on a couch makes the difficult days worth it.
Rescue doesn’t happen alone. It takes a community. And over the past 7 years, you have been that community for us.
This Heritage Day, help us continue building a kinder South Africa — one where every dog has a chance to be loved, safe and wanted.
If you’d like to celebrate our 7th birthday with us, please consider making a donation, no matter how big or small. Every contribution helps us provide food, veterinary care, shelter and a second chance to the dogs who are still waiting for theirs.
Here’s to 7 years — and to many more lives saved.
Thank you for standing beside us.
Thank you for believing in us.
Thank you for choosing rescue.
